When you can see the funnel, you can see where it’s stuck.
Every account sits on the panel at its current stage, from the day it’s listed to the day a meeting is booked. The pipeline stops living in someone’s head.

A CRM records. SilverGrow feeds.
A CRM holds the opportunities your sales team enters. SilverGrow feeds the funnel and shows each account’s route on this panel. How the two work together depends on what you already run; we settle that with you on the discovery call.

Questions about the funnel.
What is a sales funnel?
In SilverGrow, the sales funnel is the route an account takes from the day it’s listed to the day a meeting is booked: listed, enriched, decision maker found, in sequence, replied, meeting booked. The whole funnel is visible on one panel, and accounts stuck at a stage are flagged. Dormant customers move through the same stages as new accounts.
Why does a sales pipeline get stuck?
It usually starts in one of three places: the right companies aren’t on the list, nobody knows who decides at the companies that are, or the follow-up is dropped after the first message. When the pipeline can’t be seen, it’s hard to tell which. The panel shows where each account is waiting, and why.
We use a CRM, but the pipeline is still empty. What’s wrong?
An empty pipeline usually isn’t the CRM’s fault. A CRM stores the opportunities put into it; it doesn’t create them. A pipeline fills when the right companies are found regularly, their decision makers are written to, and follow-up carries on until a reply comes. SilverGrow runs that work as a system; how it relates to your CRM is discussed on the discovery call, based on your scope.
