Questions in the legend. Every mark has an answer.
What it does
What is SilverGrow?
SilverGrow is a B2B customer-finding and follow-up system, installed and run by SilverOps. It builds and enriches a target account list by sector, region and size, finds the decision maker, runs personalised multi-step follow-up and gives quiet customers a real reason to come back. The whole funnel sits on one panel. It is not an ad-management or bulk-messaging tool.
Who is SilverGrow for?
B2B sales and growth leaders at corporate and mid-size companies in Türkiye: companies that sell to other businesses and want their sales team’s time in meetings rather than in research and chasing.
What work does SilverGrow take on?
Four jobs: building and enriching the target account list, finding the decision maker at each account, running multi-step follow-up written for each account, and giving customers who went quiet a real reason to come back. All four show up on one pipeline panel.
Where does the work start and end?
It starts with the target definition, which the SilverOps team writes with you. For each account, the work is done when the reply is handed to your sales team; your rep books the meeting, and the panel shows that too. Your own team takes the meeting.
Where do we see the results?
On one panel. Each account shows as listed, enriched, decision maker found, in sequence, replied or meeting booked, and accounts stuck at a stage are flagged.
Does it write to our past customers too?
Yes. A customer who once ordered and went quiet is contacted again for a real reason: not a discount, but a message built on their past order and something new.
What it doesn’t do
Does SilverGrow send bulk messages?
No. Each message goes to one account and its decision maker, written for that account. The same text is never sent out to a list in bulk; SilverGrow isn’t a bulk-sending or spam tool.
Does SilverGrow replace our sales team?
No. The system runs the list, the enrichment and the follow-up; when a reply comes, the conversation moves to your sales team with its context. Your team handles the meeting and the sale.
Does SilverGrow sell lists?
No. SilverGrow doesn’t sell data or lists. The list is built for your target definition and works inside the system, together with the follow-up sequence.
Setup and pricing
Who installs and runs SilverGrow?
The SilverOps team. Setup, integration and day-to-day running sit with us. Your sales team describes the target customer, reads the panel and takes over the replies.
Can we sign up and start on our own?
No. SilverGrow isn’t self-serve software: there’s no signup, no trial and no price list. Every setup starts with a discovery call.
What happens on the discovery call?
We talk about who you sell to, where your sales team’s time goes and where the funnel gets stuck. The scope is settled on the call, and pricing is discussed after it, based on that scope.
How is pricing set?
After the discovery call, according to your scope. There are no packages, price lists or trials on this site.
The family
How does SilverGrow work with the other SilverOps products?
SilverGrow feeds the funnel. The rest of the family carries the conversation that enters it: SilverReply answers the conversation, SilverCheckout turns it into a sale and SilverCall carries the same intelligence to the phone. All four share the same knowledge base, the same panel and the same team.
Who founded SilverOps?
SilverOps was founded by software engineer Emre Dikmen. His personal site: emreds.dev.
