# We don’t hand you software. We run it for you.

The SilverOps team installs SilverGrow, integrates it and runs it. You describe your target customer, read the panel and go to the meetings.

## From the first call to the daily run.

### Discovery call

We talk about who you sell to, where your sales team’s time goes and where the funnel gets stuck. The scope takes shape here, and pricing follows this call.

### Target definition

Sector, size, region and the companies to leave out are written with you. The list is built from this definition.

### Setup

The system is installed and integrated, and the panel is set up for your sales team to read. One owner is named on your side.

### Operation

The list, the enrichment, the search for decision makers, the follow-up sequences and win-back are run by the SilverOps team. Replies are handed to your sales team and the panel is kept current. This step doesn’t happen once and stop; it keeps turning.

Unlike a self-serve sales engagement platform, there’s no account to open and no tool to learn: the team that sets it up is the team that runs it.

## One example run, step by step.

The run below is an example: the sales team of an industrial packaging maker in Bursa wants to reach mid-size packaged-food producers in the Marmara and Central Anatolia regions.

Example scenario. No real companies or people.

### Target definition and list

- Sector: Packaged food production
- Size: 50 to 500 employees
- Region: Marmara, Central Anatolia
- Excluded: current customers

Example list. Showing 8 of 24 accounts.

| Account | Region | Staff | Data |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| Biscuit maker | Konya | 180 | done |
| Dairy producer | Balıkesir | 320 | done |
| Pasta maker | Eskişehir | 140 | done |
| Frozen food | Sakarya | 260 | done |
| Confectionery maker | Kayseri | 95 | done |
| Soups and sauces | Kocaeli | 210 | done |
| Pulse packer | Ankara | 75 | done |
| Canned food | Bursa | 150 | done |

- day 1: target definition saved
- day 1: list built · 24 accounts
- day 1: excluded · 3 current customers
- day 1: enrichment · 24/24

### Decision maker

Example list. Showing 8 of 24 accounts.

| Account | Region | Decision maker |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Biscuit maker | Konya | Procurement manager |
| Dairy producer | Balıkesir | Supply chain manager |
| Pasta maker | Eskişehir | Procurement manager |
| Frozen food | Sakarya | Operations director |
| Confectionery maker | Kayseri | General manager |
| Soups and sauces | Kocaeli | Procurement manager |
| Pulse packer | Ankara | Unclear · note opened for the team |
| Canned food | Bursa | Production manager |

In this example, the 2 accounts without a clear decision maker weren’t guessed at; they went to the team as a note.

- day 1: decision maker found · 22/24
- day 1: unclear · 2 accounts · team note

### Follow-up sequence

- Day 1, Step 1: First message, written for the account (sent)
- Day 4, Step 2: Short follow-up (waiting)
- Day 8, Step 3: A note from another angle (waiting)
- Day 15, Step 4: Closing note, sequence ends (waiting)

> To: Supply chain manager · Dairy producer, Balıkesir
>
> Hello, we make containers and lids from 250 ml to 5 kg for [dairy] plants like yours in [Balıkesir]. If you’d like to simplify packaging in your [supply plan], we could walk you through sample options in a 15-minute call.
>
> The sales team at [Packaging maker]

The parts in brackets change with each account.

- day 1: sequence started · 22 accounts
- day 1: first message · 6 accounts
- day 2: first message · 8 accounts
- day 3: first message · 8 accounts

### Reply and handover

Supply chain manager · Dairy producer, Balıkesir · day 3, 09:40

> Hi, we could talk next Tuesday or Wednesday. We’d also like to see samples of the 1 kg and 5 kg containers.

Reply received: account handed to the sales rep

- Handed to: Sales rep
- Account: Dairy producer · Balıkesir · 320 staff
- Decision maker: Supply chain manager
- Request: a call on Tuesday or Wednesday, 1 kg and 5 kg samples
- Context: first message (day 1), reply (day 3)
- Next step: the rep proposes a time

- day 3: reply · Dairy producer, Balıkesir
- day 3: handover · sales rep
- day 4: second step started

### Win-back

Dormant customer: a customer who once ordered and then went quiet.

Example dormant customers. Showing 3 of 6.

- Jams and spreads, Tekirdağ
- Bakery products, Ankara
- Spice packer, Bursa

> To: Procurement manager · Jams and spreads, Tekirdağ
>
> Hello, we now also make a recyclable version of the 370 ml jar lids we produced for you. If you like, we can send new samples this week.
>
> The sales team at [Packaging maker]

A reason, not a discount: the message is built on the customer’s past order and something new.

- day 5: dormant customers · 6 accounts
- day 5: win-back sequence started
- day 9: reply · Jams and spreads, Tekirdağ
- day 9: handover · sales rep

### Pipeline panel · day 10

1. Listed
2. Enriched
3. Decision maker found
4. In sequence
5. Replied
6. Meeting booked

Example funnel. Showing 8 of 24 accounts.

| Account | Region | Stage |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Biscuit maker | Konya | In sequence |
| Dairy producer | Balıkesir | Meeting booked |
| Pasta maker | Eskişehir | In sequence |
| Frozen food | Sakarya | In sequence |
| Confectionery maker | Kayseri | In sequence |
| Soups and sauces | Kocaeli | In sequence |
| Pulse packer | Ankara | Enriched · Team note |
| Canned food | Bursa | In sequence |

Example win-back. Showing 3 of 6 dormant customers.

| Account | Region | Stage |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Jams and spreads | Tekirdağ | Replied |
| Bakery products | Ankara | In sequence |
| Spice packer | Bursa | In sequence |

Stuck: 2 accounts at the decision-maker stage; team note open.

Stuck accounts and why

- Pulse packer · Ankara: decision maker unclear, team note open
- Nut packer · Kırıkkale: decision maker unclear, team note open

Example data. These numbers are not a performance promise.

- day 8: third step started
- day 10: panel updated
- day 10: waiting · 2 team notes

In this example the system ran the list, the enrichment and the follow-up. The sales team took over the replies, and the rep proposed a meeting time.

## Price follows scope.

Pricing is discussed once the scope is clear on the discovery call. There are no packages, price lists or trials on this site; every setup starts from your target definition.

Same knowledge base, same panel, same team: SilverReply answers the conversation that enters the funnel, SilverCheckout turns it into a sale and SilverCall carries the same intelligence to the phone.

## Questions about the way we work.

### How do you find B2B customers without advertising?

By choosing the target companies in advance and reaching the decision maker at each one with messages written for that account. SilverGrow doesn’t manage ads or buy media; it builds the list, runs the follow-up sequence and hands replies to your sales team.

### How is this different from working with an agency?

SilverGrow isn’t a campaign; it’s a system that keeps running. The target definition, the list, the sequences and the funnel sit on a panel you can read; the SilverOps team installs and runs the system, and you see where every account stands. Your own team takes the sales meetings.
